Creamy Prawn Fettucine

Ingredients:
375g egg fettuccine
300g Global Seafood Gourmet Cooked Pizza Prawns 80/20
1 garlic clove, minced
300ml thickened cream
1 cup frozen peas
1 lemon, zested, juiced
¼ cup dill sprigs
Method:
- Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet instructions. Drain well.
- Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick fry pan over high heat. Fry off the prawns with garlic, tossing occasionally, for around 2 minutes. Add cream and bring to a simmer. Add peas and lemon juice and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until heated through. Add the pasta, half the dill and half the lemon zest. Toss to combine.
- Divide among serving bowls. Sprinkle with remaining dill and lemon zest.
