Meatballs with Penne Pasta

Ingredients
500g Angel Bay Gourmet Meatballs
800g can crushed tomatoes or prepared pasta sauce
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
375g penne pasta
Chopped fresh parsley, to serve
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C/160°C fan-forced. Grease a 5cm-deep, 18cm x 20cm baking dish. Place Angel Bay Meatballs in prepared dish. Top with crushed tomatoes or pasta sauce and parmesan cheese. Bake for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, cook pasta in a large saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions, until tender. Drain. Divide pasta between plates. Top with meatball mixture. Sprinkle with parsley.
Serves 4.
