Creamy Prawn Fettucine


375g egg fettuccine

300g Global Seafood Gourmet Cooked Pizza Prawns 80/20

1 garlic clove, minced

300ml thickened cream

1 cup frozen peas

1 lemon, zested, juiced

¼ cup dill sprigs


  1. Cook the pasta in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet instructions. Drain well.
  2. Meanwhile, heat a large non-stick fry pan over high heat. Fry off the prawns with garlic, tossing occasionally, for around 2 minutes. Add cream and bring to a simmer. Add peas and lemon juice and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until heated through. Add the pasta, half the dill and half the lemon zest. Toss to combine.
  3. Divide among serving bowls. Sprinkle with remaining dill and lemon zest.
