Flame Grilled Chicken and Coleslaw Burger


8 x Ingham’s Flame Grilled Chicken Breast
4 x whole grain burger bun
20g cucumber, diced
10g garlic
100ml Greek natural yogurt
Salt and pepper
120g red cabbage, sliced
120g cabbage, sliced
80g carrot, grated 
40g Spanish onion, diced
40g mayonnaise
pinch paprika
60g finely diced cucumber skin (garnish) 


1 Cook Flame Grilled Chicken Breast as per relevant pack instructions.
3 Tatziki: Mix cucumber, garlic, yoghurt and pinch of salt and pepper together. Set aside.
4 Coleslaw: Gently toss all remaining ingredients together.
5 Assemble in the following order: Bottom bun, coleslaw, Chicken Breast, Tzatziki and top with the bun lid.
6 Serve with a side of chips or salad.
