Olive Pepperoni and Basil Pizza
2 pizza bases
100g pizza sauce
75g bocconcini coarsely torn
75g KR pepperoni
½ small red onion, thinly sliced
¼ cup pitted Kalamata olives
2 teaspoon olive oil
¼ cup basil leaves
- Preheat oven to 250°C.
- Spread pizza sauce evenly over pizza bases.
- Arrange bocconcini, mozzarella, pepperoni, onion and olives over each base.
- Bake for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- Drizzle pizza with oil. Top with basil leaves.
- Cut pizza into slices. Serve
